Take
for example. What is there to do with him? Yes you could draw him in his natural habitat, but still there's no real "show" of any kind for wild animals (that I could think of).Breed standard? Uh, but there isn't one >_> Species standard maybe? But nature kind of perfects itself anyway, soooooo yeah.
Agility or some other sport? Again, not quite something I see with some wild animals. There are a few who I could think of doing that with, but a Thylacine isn't one of them XD
Maybe whoever's the best hunter? Who knows....
So what do you think. How on earth do you use something like that!

HUNTING COMPETITIONS
Hunting will be done on a time trial basis. Whoever catches their prey the quickest is the winner. Each thylacine will be in it's own outdoor "pen" of sorts (kind of like what we call canned hunts, only one prey animal is released and it's up to the predator to find it) and to make it all the more fun, a time limit will be put in place. The prize winners will be whoever completes the task within the given time, if you fail to get your catch within the time, buzzer goes off and you're out of the game.
For RP judging, it will be a random number selection, so just take count of all who entered (total number), stick that into a site like random.org and whatever number it gives you is the first winner and so on. Based on the amount of entries, 2/3 of those participants will be "done" with their hunt before the time is up, while the other 1/3 will fall to the buzzer. Who those participants will be is strictly random each time and like I said, done on a number basis with a random number generator.

I love Thylacines, they're one of my fave animals.
Maybe make it a tree agility/race thing? Whoever climbs up one pole and gets to the last pole the fastest will win? XD idk
OOH! and a jumping competition! like dog dock diving, we can see how far an animal can jump from branch to branch or platform to platform! just a thought!
Well, other animal RPs would be welcome as well, I'm fishing for ideas to put together some kind of structure for wild animals. So far I've managed to come up with something that could be used on predator animals like the Thylacine, but that's only one event.
